Craig Monen - Rogue River Lawyers - Attorney and Counselor at LawCRAIG MONEN is a lawyer committed to helping individuals and families address legal and financial consequences of disability, incapacity and aging. Craig has been practicing law since 1975, and has been admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Minnesota, Michigan, New Mexico and Oregon. Since his admission to the State Bar of Oregon in 1983, he has practiced law in Southern Oregon with the law firm of Heuertz and Monen, whose offices are located in Rogue River, Oregon.

His practice focuses on elder law and estate planning, including trusts and trust administration, probate, guardianships and conservatorships. He is an advocate for the elderly and disabled in cases involving financial abuse, contested guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, including trust and probate litigation. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law, Estate Planning and Administration Sections of the Oregon State Bar, and the Jackson County Bar Association.

He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska School of Law in 1974. A U.S. Navy Vietnam Veteran, he is an avid outdoorsman whose favorite activities are hiking wilderness trails and paddling rivers and lakes in his canoe.
